It is one of our annual traditions: to visit the live nativity at Tuacahn. Grandma Patti, Grandpa Bob and Great-Grandma Lola joined us this year. It is usually freezing-- so this year we came prepared, including coats, hats, gloves, and 7 blankets (one for each of us). It turned out, however to be the mildest Christmas Tuacahn weather we've experienced in 6 year of attending, so Mark got to carry all the blankets. This, of course, was Janie's first Santa picture and Madelin wanted to hold her for it--which I was all for, because just think of all the contagious kids Santa's gloves have been touching . . .

so cute. it could almost be an engagement picture...except for the baby part. i'm glad you didn't let santa's gloves touch janie. gross.
I don't think a baby should exclude a girl from engagement . . .it is a good accessory piece :)
I like the pictures! We were looking at all the wedding pictures last night at Mom's house and my wife's cousin asked why Mark wasn't smiling in the pictures of your wedding, Mom said that he's always had a hard time smiling in pictures, it's good to see him smiling!! Can't wait to see you over this week!
